Somerville residents and businesses seeking to dispose of paper products (newspapers, shopping catalogs, magazines, office and school papers, mail, and soft cover books) can deliver them to the distinctive green and yellow bin in the DPW yard across from the security shack, between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. All Paper Retriever users are required to show proof of residency or business location (license, utility bill, etc.) at the time of disposal. Bottles, cans, plastic or heavy duty cardboard will not be accepted at the Paper Retriever bin.
